INDUSTRIAL/COMMERCIAL SOLUTIONS - GEOTHERMAL
What is Geothermal?
A geothermal system uses the heat from the ground via a heat pump to allow you to take advantage of temperature differences between the ground and the air. Below the frost line the temperature of the ground remains stable year round. Even when the air temperature is below freezing, the earth's insulation maintains temperatures above zero. By taking advantage of the temperature differences between the air and underground a geothermal system allows you to heat your home in the winter and cool it in summer.

When to install Geothermal?
As geothermal requires the excavation of wells to house the underground piping it best installed during the construction phase of a project. Geothermal is a great option for commercial and industria customers who require both heating and cooling. The temperature differences between the air and ground and significantly reduce your winter heating and summer cooling costs.
Important considerations for Geothermal
Size and position of building or factory
Area available for ground loops, the smaller the area the deeper the wells will have
to be dug
Size of your building or plant
Number of occupants of the building or the heating and cooling load requirement of an industrial process
Electricity cost in your area and generation source of electricity.
